A man spent all his savings to save the life of a four-legged friend

Animals such as cats and dogs are also considered pets. And with this title, they are automatically deprived of all rights and freedoms. It is up to the individual to decide whether he is right or not. But for some people it is not just a pet, but a guard dog, for example, or a true friend or soul mate. Today I’m going to tell you the story of a man who left all his savings for a dog and ended up penniless. The man was retired and lived alone at home. Since he had no parents, the dog he lived with was his only companion. One day, while walking, the dog suddenly felt unwell and lost consciousness. She immediately went to a vet she knew. The diagnosis was not correct, as he was only six months old and also suffered from serious heart problems. He wanted a complex operation, but the vet refused, saying he was unqualified.

He decided to search for doctors in the United States and around the world. He then found such a veterinarian in Japan. However, the cost of the operation exceeded 50,000 USD. It was the amount in the man’s retirement account. The problem is that in the United States it is possible to withdraw pension funds after retirement.

The account holder withdrew every yen and used it to pay for his friend’s treatment. Everything went well. The dog recovered and was no longer a health risk. The penniless man does not regret having spent this money on the health of his four-legged friend.
